The Place 

Our space has been designed following the latest trends. It combines the clean lines and functionality of Scandy with the warmth and comfort of Spanish style. Fully equipped kitchen incl. the smallest details are selected to match the style of the floor. The 3 bedrooms are distributed in a way that provides complete privacy and also quick access to the living room and kitchen. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and also a dressing room. Our goal is to provide a unique boutique experience with this property and also to provide you with exceptional service.

We only accept guests who respect the space and keep it neat and clean so that more travelers can enjoy its beauty.

The flat is situated on the most important corner of the neighborhood and will not be a good option for those who don't want to have any noise from the street.

Nueva Andalucía is intimately linked to two of Marbella's great landmarks: Puerto Banús, just a few metres down the coast, and the Golf Valley, as the residential area is built around some of Marbella's best golf courses, such as Los Naranjos, Las Brisas and Aloha Golf, with other courses such as La Quinta and Los Arqueros just a few kilometres away.

As bustling Puerto Banús is at one end, so is the haven of peace in Nueva Andalucía at the other. The development comprises an area of large mansions, villas and flats designed in the traditional Andalusian-Mediterranean style and boasts two reservoirs and marvellous views over the mountains and the Mediterranean Sea.

Neigbourhood 

This area of Marbella is undoubtedly popular for the large number of exclusive golf courses that surround it. Some of these golf courses are considered among the best in Spain. They are all located in the same area, to the north of Nueva Andalucía.
