Once you've made your selection, we'll move forward by asking you to provide copies of your passports via email for identity verification and due diligence purposes. Additionally, we'll need a list of all guests staying at the property and an address for invoicing. Following this, we'll send you a contract for your review, which can be conveniently signed digitally, and guide you through the payment process.

The final step? Relax and look forward to your stay. We'll warmly welcome you at check-in, ensuring a seamless start to your luxurious holiday in Marbella.

Rental Central has options for every budget, from affordable apartments at 150 euros per night to stunning luxury villas up to 10,000 euros per night. Group travel often brings savings, making the per-person cost in our larger villas surprisingly affordable.

In addition to the security deposit, our payment terms are 50% in advance and 50% one month prior to arrival. If there is no property damage, we reimburse the security deposit within five days of check-out.

The minimum stay requirement at our properties vary by season and is determined by the specific policy of each property. During the high season, we typically require a minimum stay of 7 nights. However, there could be instances of available gaps in the booking schedule that may accommodate shorter stays. During high season and on major holidays, Rental Central does not offer monetary refunds for cancellations. This policy is in place to protect the interests of both the property owner and our business, as cancellations during these peak periods represent a significant lost opportunity to host other guests.
