The Place 

Our stunning apartment has 3 very spacious bedrooms, each with incredible views and its own access to terraces. The master bedroom has direct access to the large terrace and enjoys sea views. In addition, it has its own private bathroom with a hydromassage bathtub, shower cabin, and double sink. A touch of true luxury. The second bedroom with a double bed enjoys views of the sea and the garden. The third bedroom with two single beds had direct views of the garden and pool. The modern and elegant design kitchen has direct access to the terrace where the barbecue is. On the terrace, you can enjoy both the views of the symbol of Marbella-La Concha and the stunning sea views over the ocean and Gibraltar. The apartment, like the terrace, is oriented to the southeast so that you can enjoy the sun all day and its different positions. Our flat has an underground parking space for a large car. An elevator takes you from the underground car park to the floor. This is very convenient for your purchases or luggage. In the complex, there are 2 beautiful swimming pools that are for the exclusive use of the guests of our complex. The Neighbourhood

Nueva Andalucía is intimately linked to two of Marbella's great landmarks: Puerto Banús, just a few metres down the coast, and the Golf Valley, as the residential area is built around some of Marbella's best golf courses, such as Los Naranjos, Las Brisas and Aloha Golf, with other courses such as La Quinta and Los Arqueros just a few kilometres away.

As bustling Puerto Banús is at one end, so is the haven of peace in Nueva Andalucía at the other. The development comprises an area of large mansions, villas and flats designed in the traditional Andalusian-Mediterranean style and boasts two reservoirs and marvellous views over the mountains and the Mediterranean Sea.

This area of Marbella is undoubtedly popular for the large number of exclusive golf courses that surround it. Some of these golf courses are considered among the best in Spain. They are all located in the same area, to the north of Nueva Andalucía.
