Holiday apartment in a fairy tale complex - 3 bedroom first-floor apartment located on the New Golden Mile. The luxury gated complex with 24-hour security has 6 large swimming pools with an adjacent gated children's pool, a Jacuzzi giant, 2 paddle tennis courts, and a gym. If you're a golfer, there are 12 major golf courses nearby to choose from. It is located just 45 minutes from the airports of Malaga and Gibraltar.
The Place
You can enjoy the use of a beautifully decorated 3 bedroom complete apartment, 2 and a half baths, the master bedroom being en-suite. All three bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, the main bedroom has a double bed and the other two bedrooms have two single beds each. The bathroom also has a large walk-in shower and a separate bathtub. From the living room and dining room, you can access the balcony (terrace) overlooking the beautifully manicured gardens. The apartment has two assigned underground parking spaces with an elevator to go up to the front door.
Neigbourhood
Hacienda del Sol is a luxury, beachside complex located just west of San Pedro de Alcántara and is well known for having high-quality specifications, excellent facilities, and the most extensive grounds and gardens in the area. It has received a number of accolades since completion, including the award for "Best Landscaped Gardens in Estepona" in 2017, and remains perfectly maintained even today.
The facilities are proudly maintained and extensive. There is very good 24-hour security and superb pool areas as well as extensive lawns.
In total there are six separate swimming pools, each with a children's pool and plenty of space for sun loungers. There is a gymnasium, a sauna, table tennis, and a large outdoor Jacuzzi. There are also two paddle tennis courts.
It is perfectly situated just a couple of minutes' walk from the beach, and very close to other amenities, including a number of well-stocked supermarkets, local cafes, bars, restaurants, a bus stop, and a taxi rank. The Marriott hotel is also next door.
