This flat is brand new and it is situated in the complex of Sotoserena. 

It is fully equipped in a way you won't need to spend extra time on anything but having a great holiday. The views from the terrace and splendid and the sunset is really romantic.

Our flat is designed in a tropical style, all in accordance with the modern Andalusian-designed complex. Joyfully decorated to a high-quality standard and designer trends this fully equipped one-bedroom is the perfect place for you to spend your holidays or business trip. This one-bedroom jew can host from 3-4 thanks to the convertible sofa bed. The terrace gives on the swimming pools and the tropical gardens of the complex. Guests have full free access to the gyms and saunas of the complex. Vending machines and sunbeds around the pools make you feel like in a 5-star resort. Sotoserena is perfectly situated between Puerto Banus/Marbella and Estepona just minutes walking to the beach and bus stations. Shops and amenities are situated near our 24-hour gated complex.

For bigger groups of friends or families, we do have 3 other apartments in the same complex. Do not hesitate to inquire about availabilities.

The Neighbourhood

Marbella, Estepona, and the Costa del Sol are generally very busy for at least 6-7 months. In summer it is full of people who enjoy the incredible lifestyle of the coast so it is highly recommended to plan your stay a little in advance. Rental cars are usually full if not booked in advance. The same goes for restaurants, adventure tours, and guides.

In Marbella and its surroundings, you can choose your own adventure. Located on the Costa del Sol, this lively Andalusian municipality is made up of three parts: el pueblo (town), la costa (beach), and el campo (with several small towns between the town and the coast). From the trendiest restaurants to mountaintop attractions, there is something for everyone in this bustling vacation destination.

With its mild climate and stunning surroundings, it's no surprise that tourists flock to the Costa del Sol, especially during the summer. Although the coast has seen much urban development and expansion, efforts are made to preserve its natural surroundings and historic sites.
