The Neighbourhood

Nueva Andalucía is intimately linked to two of Marbella's great landmarks: Puerto Banús, just a few metres down the coast, and the Golf Valley, as the residential area is built around some of Marbella's best golf courses, such as Los Naranjos, Las Brisas and Aloha Golf, with other courses such as La Quinta and Los Arqueros just a few kilometres away.

As bustling Puerto Banús is at one end, so is the haven of peace in Nueva Andalucía at the other. The development comprises an area of large mansions, villas and flats designed in the traditional Andalusian-Mediterranean style and boasts two reservoirs and marvellous views over the mountains and the Mediterranean Sea.

This area of Marbella is undoubtedly popular for the large number of exclusive golf courses that surround it. Some of these golf courses are considered among the best in Spain. They are all located in the same area, to the north of Nueva Andalucía.
