The Place 

Lovely high-standard two-bedroom in a hotel-like residence. Located in the famous urbanization of Sotoserena. It is fully equipped so you won't need to spend more time on anything other than having a great vacation. The views from the terrace and splendid and the sunset is really romantic. The property has got underground parking as well. 

For bigger groups of friends or families, we do have 3 other apartments in the same complex. Do not hesitate to inquire about availabilities.

NOTE

Check-ins after 8 pm are considered late check-ins and an additional fee of 50 euros applies at the moment of check-in

LONGER STAYS

For stays longer than one week, it is compulsory to use a cleaning service every 5 days. The service is charged by an hour at a rate of 20 euros per hour. 

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD 

Marbella, Estepona, and the Costa del Sol are generally very busy for at least 6-7 months. In summer it is full of people who enjoy the incredible lifestyle of the coast so it is highly recommended to plan your stay a little in advance. Rental cars are usually full if not booked in advance. The same goes for restaurants, adventure tours, and guides.

In Marbella and its surroundings, you can choose your own adventure. Located on the Costa del Sol, this lively Andalusian municipality is made up of three parts: el pueblo (town), la costa (beach), and el campo (with several small towns between the town and the coast). From the trendiest restaurants to mountaintop attractions, there is something for everyone in this bustling vacation destination.

With its mild climate and stunning surroundings, it's no surprise that tourists flock to the Costa del Sol, especially during the summer. Although the coast has seen much urban development and expansion, efforts are made to preserve its natural surroundings and historic sites. With the natural beauty of Marbella, it is all worth visiting, protecting, and experiencing.
